If youre serious about increasing your core strength, follow this six week training program and youll soon be on your way to completing 200 consecutive sit-ups!

Think theres no way you could do this? I think you can! All you need is a good plan, plenty of discipline and about 30 minutes a week to achieve this goal!

No doubt some of you can already do 100 consecutive sit-ups, but lets face it, youre in a big minority. Most of you reading this wont even be able to manage 20 sit-ups. Actually, Im sure many of you cant even do 10.

However, it really doesnt matter which group you fall into. If you follow the progressive sit-ups training program, Im positive youll soon be able to do 200 sit-ups!

For a full body workout try the Twenty Chinups, One Hundred Pushups and Two Hundred Squats programs too.

Pros and cons of Two Hundred Situps: Strengthen Your Core app for iPhone and iPad

Two Hundred Situps: Strengthen Your Core app good for

Its a great application as the other 3 (push ups, pull ups, squats), but the application is freezing on Week 2 Day 3. After I enter the values ( <26> <50>), I hit enter, then it freezes. I dont know what to do. Please, help!
Please, bring the New Design to 100 pushups and 20 chinups !!!!!!!!
Love it. Great for those who like tangeable data. Helps keep me motivated. Hundred pushups is the real deal too.
I must be really great but this app is NOT that hard very realistic expectations Im doing great
Awesome app it motivates me to do the workouts each day. I have this one, push up, and chinups. I wish they would make one for bardips!
I only had this app for two days but already I can feel and see results. Its amazing how some sit ups every other day can do all that.

Some bad moments

So I cant tell you how many times I have had my workout interrupted because the shake to set the timer to zero happened because I bent over to pick-up my water bottle, etc... How could they not have a disable function for this. I dont want to stand like a corpse. The other feature missing is if I want to exit the app to say...change my music or check my e-mail in between sets it stops the app...I think in most cases I would have been better off with paper and a watch...
I performed 18 pushups for my initial test. This should put me in column 2, as on the website. However, this app puts me in column 3, which is far too difficult. Please fix this app. Until it actually follows the website, its pretty useless.
I did 15 sit-ups in the initial test. I should have been colum 2, however it puts me into colum 3. I did achieve the goal, however as the weeks progresses I will not. Please fix this ASAP!!! 2 Stars until it is fixed!
It used to work great (5 stars), but since recent updates, it no longer saves my workouts and the shake to zero no longer works. It just freezes when I try to save a workout. Please fix!
Like it a lot but after the first day it is stuck. The screen slides down when the keyboard goes away and Im left with half the screen. Cant access buttons or use the program. Please fix now! Otherwise big rip off.
I love the concept and love the 100 pushup app, but for me...a beginner who could barely do 5 sit-up/crunches I feel it pushed way to hard on the first day. First day pushed me to 65 sit-up/crunches and up to 81 on day 2. Strained me way too hard. I like the hundred push-up cause it got me to 80 pushups in 5 weeks but 65 on the first day was way to much for a beginner and they dont have a 100 sit-up app :( very disappointed because I have to trash the app. It forced my body too hard and threw my neck and back out. And yes i was doing it "good form" asked my fitness trainer friend to make sure. No way I can Strain that hard so early.
